Summary
Walked the main level and second floor with the site supervisor ahead of Friday's drywall delivery. Framing is complete except the pantry bulkhead, and the HVAC rough-in passed inspection Tuesday. Electrical trim locations are set in the kitchen, but the island pendant placement still needs an owner decision before the ceiling closes up.
Exterior is ready for the stone mason to start Monday. Two items need attention before then: the flashing at the rear left window and staging room for the stone delivery on the driveway side.

- Confirm island pendant locations with the owner before drywall closes the kitchen ceiling.
- Frame the pantry bulkhead to match the 9 ft ceiling line. Last open framing item on the main level.
- Correct the flashing at the rear left window before stone veneer starts Monday.
- Clear the driveway side for stone delivery staging. Mason arrives Monday morning.
- Powder room vanity supply lines roughed in about 2 inches low. Adjust before close-in.
- Add blocking for towel bars and the wall-mounted TV before insulation.
- Drywall delivers Friday. Confirm second-floor stock placement with the crew lead.
- Confirm the shower niche height with the owner before tile backer goes in.
