Pricing

Three free reports to start, no card. After that, Standard is $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, and Pro is $24.99 a month or $239.99 a year, per user. Pro adds meeting notes and a punch list you reopen and reshare as it shrinks.

Lock Ten Studio is run by a custom home builder in Cabin John, Maryland. Each of its AI tools is made for his own company first, and used on real jobs there before it is offered to anyone else.

That is why the tools are small and specific. Each one takes on a piece of the work you already do, fits the way you already run a week and asks you to adopt nothing else. If it does not hold up on a job, it gets fixed before anyone else sees it.
