Things people ask.
Do I need to already be using Claude Cowork?
You need a Claude Cowork Teams account (Anthropic, $25/seat/month) for your team to log into. We can walk you through setting that up if you don't have one yet. The Install gives you the configuration to load into it; Anthropic provides the platform.
What if I'm not technical?
Plus and Concierge don't require you to be technical. The 25-minute questionnaire is in plain English. You answer questions about your business. We do the AI part. You and your team use the result.
How long until I can use it?
Lite: as long as it takes you to follow the guide, usually a focused weekend. Plus: five business days from when you submit the questionnaire. Concierge: typically two to three weeks, depending on the scoping conversation.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
Lite has a 7-day refund. Plus has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Concierge has a scoping conversation before you commit. If something's wrong, you reply to the welcome email; a real person reads it and we make it right.
Is my business data safe?
Cowork's paid tiers (including Teams, which The Install requires) do not train on your data. You own your workspace. We don't retain access to it after handover. Configuration data you provide in the questionnaire is encrypted at rest and deleted on request.
Can I upgrade from Lite to Plus later?
Yes. The $297 you paid for Lite applies as a credit toward Plus. Email info@lockten.ai and we'll set it up.
Do my team members need separate accounts?
Yes, but that's a Cowork Teams thing, not an Install thing. Each person gets their own Cowork seat ($25/month) and signs in with their own email. The Install provides the shared configuration they all work from.
Can I see what the configured workspace looks like first?
Email info@lockten.ai with the subject "Walkthrough call" and we'll set up a 15-minute look before you commit to Plus or Concierge.
Why isn't this a monthly subscription?
Because the Install is configuration work, not an ongoing platform. You buy the configuration once, you own it forever. The Recurring tier ($19/month) is the separate, optional layer that keeps you current with new skills and capabilities as Claude evolves.
